SCP Standard Capital Partners AG has two company boards, following the German model for publicly-held companies: A managing Executive Board, which runs the company, makes strategic decisions and pursues long-term sustainable growth of shareholder value; and a Supervisory Board, which elects, advises and supervises the Executive Board. Executive and Supervisory Boards work together closely for the benefit of the company, with the common aim of increasing long-term sustainable company value.
