Executive and supervisory board
SCP Standard Capital Partners AG has two company boards, following the German model for publicly-held companies: A managing Executive Board, which runs the company, makes strategic decisions and pursues long-term sustainable growth of shareholder value; and a Supervisory Board, which elects, advises and supervises the Executive Board. Executive and Supervisory Boards work together closely for the benefit of the company, with the common aim of increasing long-term sustainable company value.
Fabian Becker (Chairman of the Executive Board & CEO)
Fabian Becker is an entrepreneur operating at the intersection of deep tech and international capital markets.
As Co-Founder and CFO of Circus Group (XETRA: CA1), he helped build one of Europe's most ambitious AI robotics companies – from its founding in 2021 through the IPO and beyond, until mid-2026. He was responsible for the company's entire financial and business strategy, turning a technology vision into a publicly listed company whose autonomous systems are deployed today across industries ranging from food service to the armed forces. As a Board Member of Circus Defence, he also supports the company's expansion into the defence sector.
Prior to his time at Circus, Fabian Becker held leadership positions at international logistics and asset management companies.
Stephanie Schettler-Köhler (Executive Board & COO)
As Chief Operating Officer (COO), Stephanie Schettler-Köhler holds overall responsibility for the operational management of SCP Standard Capital Partners AG.
She has been part of the company group since 2011 and has held various key positions throughout her career, including Project Manager and Authorized Officer. Since 2014, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s operational development, combining strategic vision, effective management, and the successful execution of complex projects. Her expertise and leadership have made a significant contribution to the company’s sustainable growth and continued success.
